Dealing with upper body issue Mabiala (upper body) was not an option for Saturday's 2-2 draw to Houston, per Jeremy Peterman of the Cascadia F.C.

Impact Mabiala made just one appearances this season as he continues to lack fitness while struggling to regain form from injuries. Even if fit, the defender is not expected to be much of an impact despite getting one start in the one appearances this campaign.

Impact Mabiala will miss no time after dealing with a leg injury over the week that gave a slight scare when he was forced to train on the side. The defender will most likely remain on the bench moving forward even though he is healthy, as he has yet to earn a single minute this campaign.

The fact that his minutes dwindled so heavily during a season where he was a healthy is a tremendous concern going forward, and seems a likely indicator of his role being non-existent moving forward.

Impact Mabiala opened up the scoring in Saturday's match when he found the back of the net in the 28th minute to take a 1-0 lead. It was the defenders first goal of the season and his first since the 2021 campaign. The 35-year-old has been in out of the lineup much of this season, only registering eight starts in 17 apperances, making his goal even more rare. He also contributed a decent amount in the defense, notching a clean sheet to go along with one tackle, a block and four clearances in Saturday's victory.
