Mathias Laborda - Starts in Leagues CupLaborda (undisclosed) started and played 90 minutes in Tuesday's 2-2 (2-4) penalty win against LAFC.
ImpactLaborda has returned after missing the club's last match, earning a starting spot and playing the full 90 immediately following his issues. This is great news for the club, as the defender is a regular starter. That said, expect him to remain in the starting XI moving forward now that he is fit, starting in 16 of his 18 appearances this season.

Lewis O'Brien - Heading to MLSO'Brien has been sent on loan to LAFC from Nottingham Forest, according to his new club.
ImpactO'Brien will spend the next couple of months across the pond after inking a loan deal until the end of the MLS season with LAFC. He spent the last season on loan between D.C. United and Middlesbrough, starting in 35 of his 40 appearances while notching one goal on eight shots and two assists on 23 chances created. However, more of his contribution comes from the defense, notching 28 clearances, 34 interceptions and 79 tackles in the 2023/24 season. He is likely to hold a decent spot with his new club, probably earning a rotational role and possibly being upgraded to a starter.
