Ismaily - Transfers to Lille Ismaily has signed a one-year contract with Lille with the option to extend for an additional year after transferring from Shakhtar Donetsk, the club announced Thursday.
Impact Ismaily tallied 16 goals and 42 assists in all competitions across a nearly decade-long stint with Shakhtar, and the 32-year-old is now moving to Lille for at least one season. With Sven Botman departing for Newcastle this summer, Tiago Djalo is likely to slide into his spot in central defense, which means Ismaily would be competing with Gabriel Gudmundsson for the starting left-back spot.
