Weather forces postponement of match between LAFC, Dynamo in Houston

Los Angeles FC’s match against the Houston Dynamo has been postponed because of continuous inclement weather surrounding Shell Energy Stadium on Sunday

Luis Muller - On bench at Houston Muller (hip) is among the substitute options for Sunday's matchup versus Houston Dynamo.

Impact Muller is back in contention, though he has barely played in the current campaign and may retain limited involvement despite being fit. Still, his return provides a small depth boost to the squad's offensive depth for upcoming fixtures.

Aaron Long - Picks up leg problem Long (leg) is questionable for Sunday's match against Houston.

Impact Long has only missed two starts all season, so his addition to the injury report could result in a big loss for the club. He will probably face a fitness test to decide his availability ahead of the match, hoping to start if he passes. However, if he is left out, Maxime Chanot will be his likely replacement in the center of the defense.

Bouanga is having another stellar season in 2024, putting up eight goals and six assists across his last 10 league appearances while failing to crack the scoresheet just twice in that span.

Kamara has been on a tear of late, with three goals and one assist across his last four outings, so he should remain in the starting lineup for the foreseeable future.

Impact Bogusz has been a reliable scoring weapon for LAFC all season long, and this time, the playmaker set up the opening strike with a corner kick that was nodded home by Kei Kamara. This was Bogusz's 10th straight game with a goal or an assist, a span in which he's racked up nine goals and five assists.

Hugo Lloris - Gives up one goal Thursday Lloris had three saves and allowed one goal in Thursday's 2-1 win versus Los Angeles Galaxy.

Impact Lloris couldn't keep a clean sheet in this derby, and while he remains solid between the posts, it's worth noting he's given up goals in all but one of his last five appearances. Lloris will aim to deliver an even better performance against Houston on Sunday, but even if he struggles from time to time, his role as LAFC's first-choice goalkeeper is not under any threat.
