Assists twice off bench in win Muriel made two assists and created four chances during Wednesday's 2-1 win over Philadelphia.

Impact Muriel had another great performance off the bench for Orlando. This time he was brought at halftime to replace Ivan Angulo and made decisive contributions, assisting both of his team's goals with pinpoint passes. That's now two goals and three assists over the last four appearances for the forward, who will become impossible to bench if he keeps it up before the start of the postseason.

Impact Muriel scored a pair of goals as a substitute Saturday, a penalty in the 78th minute and then an outside-the-box strike just before the final whistle. It marked his second brace of the season and his first since May 11. He also created one chance and won one tackle in his 32 minutes of action.

Impact Muriel came off the bench after 82 minutes Wednesday to replace Ivan Angulo. His eight minutes on the field were impactful as it allowed him to create the assist for Duncan McGuire's goal, Orlando's second. The veteran Colombian striker is usually deployed as a substitute later in the game, he has chalked up three goals and three assists.

Impact Muriel came off the bench for the seventh straight match and recorded three shots for the third time during that stretch. It has been a fairly disappointing debut season for Muriel so far as he has just five goal contributions in 25 MLS appearances for Orlando.

Impact Muriel notched his third goal of the season as he converted a penalty kick in the 20th minute that extended the lead for his side. However, the midfielder failed to create a chance, after creating three in each of the previous two games.

Impact Muriel created Martin Ojeda's equalizer in the 68th minute with his first assist in the campaign, but it wasn't enough to avoid the home loss. The forward also led Orlando with a season-high five shots in the match. He has two goals in 16 appearances (11 starts) as well.

Impact Muriel joins Orlando to lead their attack and arrives stateside with tons of experience after bagging 151 goals through 471 appearances, with 103 of those goals coming in Serie A. In addition to his time with Atalanta, Muriel has also had stints at Udinese, Sampdoria and Sevilla, among others.
