Impact Baba had grown in reputation for the national team as he regularly started throughout World Cup Qualifying and during a brief run in AFCON 2022. A solid midfield could see Daniel-Kofi Kyereh and Mohammed Kudus split duties while Baba is out. As this muscular injury is otherwise minor, Baba shouldn't miss any time for his club when the league resumes in 2023.
