Impact Gundogan managed to lead Man City in goals despite spending most of his time as a box-to-box midfielder and scoring just once from April to the end of the season. While this season was indicative of how well the German played and effectively carried his club back into another league-winning season, it also proved how one can win games even when the primary attackers struggle to convert on their own chances. Depending on how the transfer window plays out, Gundogan may not get as many goalscoring opportunities in the fall. A similar situation is likely to take place while with Germany for the Euros, as the attack is more likely to flow through Thomas Muller or Timo Werner than through Gundogan.

Rodri - Two goals scored this season Rodri scored two goals and provided two assists in 34 appearances (31 starts) this season.
Impact Rodri isn't asked to do as much defensive work as he had been with previous clubs, so that area of his production has cut back on his fantasy value by quite a bit. He did lead the Premier League in passes completed this season, so that's one area where he's sure to rack up big gains as long as Fernandinho's minutes continue to decline and no challengers are brought in for Rodri's place in the team. While with Spain for the Euros, Rodri's biggest challenge for playing time is likely to be Sergio Busquets, though neither should hold much value as holding midfielders.

Joao Cancelo - Two goals in 28 appearances Cancelo scored two goals and provided three assists in 28 EPL appearances (27 starts) this season.
Impact Cancelo's value is a little restricted by manager Pep Guardiola's insistence on rotation, but his production on both ends of the pitch is still good enough to make him worth consideration on a regular basis. He shouldn't have that problem while with Portugal at the Euros, where Nelson Semedo is the main challenger at right-back and against whom Cancelo has an edge in nearly every area but speed.

Phil Foden - Excellent all season Foden scored nine goals and five assists in the EPL this season while adding three more of each in the Champions League.
Impact Foden has been talked about as an up-and-coming plater for a few years now but manager Pep Guardiola finally gave him his chance to start consistently and was rewarded with five goals in the final 12 games of the season. His versatility to play as either a left-winger or a central-midfielder will be helpful to his development, as we've only just seen the beginning of what Foden can do on the field. A chance to join England for the Euros and make a few starts would also be a great boost to his confidence on the back of a good season.

Raheem Sterling - Drop in production Sterling finished the 2020/21 season with 10 goals and seven assists in 31 appearances (21 starts).
Impact Sterling seemed to lack the finishing touch this season after scoring at least 17 goals in each of the previous three campaigns. A disappointing performance in the UC final against Chelsea confirmed this sentiment, though a place with England during the Euros would give him the chance to make up for lost effort. One thing to watch out for this summer and in the coming club season is how Phil Foden fits into the picture, as he played well in Sterling's spot on the left wing but can also play in the midfield, so Sterling's chances to play could eventually be restricted if he doesn't pick up his performances in the near future.

Kevin De Bruyne - Hopeful for first Euro match De Bruyne doesn't need surgery on his double facial fracture, but he's still considered a doubt for Belgium's Euros opener on June 12, according to head coach Roberto Martinez.
Impact De Bruyne doesn't need surgery, which is the good news. However, it's unclear when he'll be ready to take the pitch again, as he could be back in training next week or it could take another few days. From there, it's unknown if he'll be able to start, given his time away and the injury. At the least, there's hope he'll be ready by group stages.
