Out rest of season with knee injury Sabitzer has picked up an injury to his meniscus and has been ruled out for the remainder of the campaign, Manchester United announced Monday.

Impact Sabitzer tallied three goals and an assist in 18 appearances across all competitions during his six-month loan stint with Man United, including seven starts in the Premier League and winning the Carabao Cup with the club. But the 29-year-old midfielder will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury and will return to Bayern Munich in the summer.
