Impact Asensio was perhaps the only Aston Villa player who did not have an enjoyable match against Southampton on Saturday. In 90 minutes played, the Spanish international took two penalties, and ended up missing them both. He also failed to complete any of his three dribbles and put just one of his eight crosses on target. Even if he does not start, Asensio will likely feature against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday in the UCL, so Villa will need him to brush off Saturday's game quickly.
