Training Wednesday Grull (hamstring) took part in training Wednesday, Werder announced.
Hamstring injury confirmed Grull suffered a muscle injury to his hamstring and will not be an option for Sunday's trip to Gladbach.
Impact Grull had been getting starts in the last two matches, however will now spend time on the sidelines with a muscle injury. He had collected three starts in the last five appearances, scoring once with six shots (three on target) and four chances created.

Impact Grull looks to be sidelined for the next week, as he suffered a laceration on his foot that required stitches. He is set to rejoin individual training at the start of the week, likely leaving him out for this next week while the cut heals up. That said, he will look to return against Gladbach on Nov. 3, with Mitchell Weiser likely taking his spot until then while Derrick Kohn rejoins the starting XI.
