Impact Rodriguez has plenty of experience from playing in Mexico and in Chile, but the 27-year-old spent last season in Turkey, tallying three goals and an assist in 29 Super Lig appearances from mostly the left wing. He's now moving to D.C. in order to replace the departing Edison Flores in attacking midfield, and he'll be eligible to make his MLS debut after July 7.
