Out for year after broken leg Antonio is set to miss at least a year of action due to the broken leg he suffered in a car crash, according to Jacob Steinberg of The Guardian. Impact Antonio has finally gotten his diagnosis after being airlifted to a hospital following a serious car accident Saturday. He has received an operation on his lower leg and is expected to miss a year due to the issues, likely not seeing a return until closer to the end of 2025 or the start of 2026. This is very unfortunate for the forward but it is at least positive news that he is in stable condition. He did start in 11 of his 14 appearances this season, so this is a tough loss for the club as well, with Danny Ings likely to see an increased role due to Antonio's absence.
