Impact Ristic is the newest member of Celta to hit the injury report, now expected to miss around the next two months of action after tearing his bicep. This will leave the defender hoping to get back on the field this season amid any setbacks, as he will not return until around the end of April. This will have a decent effect on the club, as he has started in nine contests this season, specifically the team's past three matches, so expect Manu Sanchez to take over Ristic's time while he is out.

The defender has started in six of his seven Liga appearances this term and could very well contend for a spot in the XI in a depleted defensive line that's already missing the likes of Carl Starfelt (hamstring), Joseph Aidoo (Achilles) and Carlos Dominguez (undisclosed), though the latter is part of the squad for Saturday's contest.

Impact Ristic is close to a return to the pitch after missing last match with a thigh injury. As long as everything goes well during training, then the defender will likely return for Sunday's Copa de Rey match. If not, then he will aim Jan 13 trip to Mallorca for a come back.
