Jan Jakob Olschowsky - Dealing with serious illness Olschowsky (illness) will be out indefinitely with a rare gastrointestinal illness, Gladbach announced.

Impact Olschowsky wasn't recovering from what was originally thought to be the flu and went to a specialist. It's not apparent that the illness is both rare and serious, with the club reporting the goalkeeper has lost over five kilograms of weight in the last week. Olschowsky will be sidelined indefinitely and will likely take an extended period to return to fitness to even be an option once more.

Jonas Omlin - Still a doubt against Leipzig Omlin (thigh) is "very unlikely" to be available for selection in Saturday's clash against RB Leipzig, according to Borussia Monchengladbach manager Daniel Farke on Tuesday.

Impact Omlin picked up a thigh injury in late February that ruled him out of last weekend's draw against Freiburg. He underwent another MRI this week and he's still dealing with some internal bleeding, so he is highly likely to remain sidelined when his side takes on Leipzig on Saturday. Tobias Sippel should remain the starting goalkeeper until Omlin can return.
