Impact Meret made a couple of solid saves, but eventually conceded to Marco Davide Faraoni in the 69th minute after he got by Napoli's defense on the right side and into the box. He split some time with David Ospina throughout the season, but earned more starts while Ospina was injured. Meret finished the season with 53 saves, 29 goals allowed and six clean sheets through 22 league starts this season.

Zielinski still finished the season with great numbers as he scored eight goals and recorded 10 assists through 36 league appearances.

Mertens had nine goals and eight assists through 29 league appearances this season, but only started one of the last nine games for Napoli with the emergence of Victor Osimhen.

Impact Rrahmani put Napoli ahead in the 60th minute with a neat finish from inside the box following a corner kick delivery from his side for his only goal of the season. He finished with two shots (one on goal), one interception, three clearances, two blocked shots and won one of two tackles. He filled in well for the injured Kalidou Koulibaly (calf) for the last four games and finished with eight interceptions, 39 clearances and 14 blocked shots in 16 league appearances for Napoli this season.
