Impact Mukhtar had a disappointing performance for his standards, notching three shots, four crosses, and one chance created in Saturday's loss. The 28-year-old was once the hottest player in the MLS and led the MVP race by a country mile, but now seems to be allergic to scoring after not registering a goal in seven straight MLS matches. He was even presented with a perfect opportunity to open up the scoring against Atlanta when he intercepted a pass and only had Brad Guzan to beat, but instead, he blasted a shot over the crossbar. Mukhtar will have a decent chance to get out of this slump in his next match when he takes on an Inter Miami squad that has allowed 36 goals in 26 matches this season.
