Nuno Mendes - Out 3-4 weeks with strain Mendes is expected to miss up to a month with a hamstring strain he suffered in the Champions League against Benfica, L'Equipe reported Thursday.

Impact Mendes was forced out of Wednesday's UCL draw with Benfica in the second half after injuring his hamstring, and he's now expected to miss roughly the rest of October while recovering. Juan Bernat replaced him Wednesday and should be the top option at left wing-back while the 20-year-old is out, but Mendes is expected to recover in time to get fit for the World Cup with Portugal.
