Will return versus Juventus Mazzocchi (ankle) has been called up for Sunday's match with Juventus, Salernitana announced.

Impact Mazzocchi will miss just one game because of an ankle sprain and will probably reprise his starting role at right-back. He will compete with Nadir Zortea since Frederic Veseli is unavailable. He has notched one assist, five chances, 19 crosses and 13 clearances in five matches since transferring in January.

Suffers ankle injury Mazzocchi sprained his left ankle in practice, Salernitana announced, and will likely miss the next two matches, Il Mattino reports.

Impact Mazzocchi will undergo further evaluations next week to determine whether he could play versus Juventus. Either Nadir Zortea or Frederic Veseli will replace him on the right flank against Sassuolo.

Impact Mazzocchi has been a regular at Venezia in the first part of the season, but they probably envision Tyronne Ebuehi being the starter moving forward and will likely add another option as well. He has tallied 46 crosses, 18 tackles, 21 interceptions and five chances in 18 matches (15 starts).
