ImpactDahoud did not have a strong game overall, but did manage to create the assist for Kaoru Mitoma's first goal. He was subbed after 74. The German midfielder is still trying to find his feet at Brighton since joining them over the summer from Borussia Dortmund. From five appearances (three starts) this was his first assist.

ImpactVerbruggen was not called into action much on Sunday but he caused Bournemouth's goal through an error playing the ball out. The game result was carried by a high-performing Brighton attacking force in the second-half versus goalkeeping heroics.The Dutchman is yet to post a clean sheet since joining the Seagulls from Anderlecht over the summer. He has conceded five (1.7 per game) and pulled off 8 saves (2.7 per game, 62 percent).
