ImpactOrtega was called upon just eight minutes into Saturday's match after Ederson went down with an undisclosed injury, but struggled to get his feet underneath him after the surprise appearance, allowing two goals while only making three saves. This was Ortega's first appearance in some time, with his last coming against Red Star Belgrade on Dec. 13 in the UCL, where he also allowed two goals while making four saves. It is still unsure who will be in net for the club's next match against Burnley on Jan. 31, as Ederson will have 10 days to heal up until that match and could be ready to reclaim his spot by then.
