Impact Gudino kept 21 clean sheets in 85 appearances in all competitions during his four seasons as the starting goalkeeper in Guadalajara, and the 26-year-old also brings experience from his time FC Porto and Uniao Madeira in Portugal and with APOEL Nicosia in Cyprus. He will enter a team currently in flux in Atlanta United, which have lost so many players to long-term injuries this season. Bobby Shuttleworth looks like he's falling out of the starting picture, so Gudino will likely battle Rocco Rios Novo to be the club's No. 1 goalkeeper.
