Philip Quinton - Traded to Real Salt Lake Quinton has been traded from Columbus to Real Salt Lake for $200,00 in general allocation money, his former club announced Friday.

Impact Quinton will be heading from one MLS side to another, as he is now a part of Real Salt Lake following a trade. This ends up being a great move for both sides, as Columbus clears some roster space and gains funds from a player that has only appeared 13 times over the past two seasons, while Real Salt Lake gains a much-needed defender, with six of them currently on the injury list. With that being said, he should gain more time with his new club, possibly even gaining time immediately due to their dire injury problem, as he looks to be the simple fix for now.

Justen Glad - Dealing with groin issue again Glad has picked up a groin issue and is now in question for Saturday's match against Chicago, according to the club's injury report.

Impact Glad is once again suffering from his groin issues, as he is listed as questionable after going down in training this week. The defender will hope to not miss any time and pass a fitness test to remain in the starting role he has held in seven of the club's eight matches, as he did last week. However, if he is held out, expect Bryan Oviedo to take his spot.

Impact Vera is likely a game-time decision for Saturday's match after picking up a hip contusion in the club's most recent game against Columbus. This could be a brutal blow for the club, as he has started in seven of the club's eight matches this campaign, with Bode Higaldo or Bryan Oviedo being his likely replacements if sidelined. Vera will now probably face a fitness test heading into the match, hoping to be cleared and claim his starting spot back immediately.

Real Salt Lake has steadily incorporated Luna into the lineup over the previous two seasons, doubling his number appearances in 2023 from that of 2022. Luna has responded positively to the challenge, as he managed seven goals and one assist over his 26 appearances (17 starts) in 2023. Luna also appears to be adding to the diversity of his game, having already attempted 10 crosses in 2024 after attempting just 22 in all of 2023.

The beginning to Macmath's third season as Real Salt Lake's first-choice keeper has been characteristically strong.
