Impact Gauld had been dealing with a bad hamstring for a few weeks, but he was smartly brought off the bench and he ended up getting the winning goal. He started six of the first seven matches this season prior to injury and could be back in the XI when Vancouver returns in about 10 days for a trip to Seattle.

With Cristian Dajome (hamstring) and Lucas Cavallini (international duty) already ruled out against RSL, Leonard Owusu might have to stay up in attacking midfield if Gauld isn't fit enough to play, or Pedro Vite could be another option as well.
