Dealt to Philly Adeniran has completed a transfer to Philadelphia from St. Louis, according to his new club.

Impact Aderniran hasn't trained with St. Louis recently due to talks of a transfer, with that finally coming to fruition after he completed a move to Philadelphia. He has started in four of his 17 appearances in the current season with St. Louis, scoring two goals and registering one assist. He will now look to capture a larger role with Philadelphia, although he will have to beat out the likes of Mikael Uhre and Tai Baribo.

Not training with team Adeniran has not been training with the team following talk of a possible transfer, reports Tom Timmermann of the St Louis Post Dispatched.

Impact Adeniran's time with St Louis could be coming to an end after a possible transfer move. He has only started four times in 17 appearance, scoring two goals with one assists while failing to get a start since May 18.

Impact Adeniran is out, though it's not due to injury which adds a bit of uncertainty over what the issue is. The forward was also out against Austin without an injury designation so there's no timeline for his return until more news is available about the issue.

Headed to STL Adeniran was acquired by St. Louis City SC from Seattle Sounders, the club announced Thursday.

Impact Adeniran is a 6-foot-4 forward, originally from Nigeria, who proved himself at three different levels of US Soccer in 2022. He appeared in two matches (one start) for Seattle this past MLS season. St. Louis remitted $100,000 in general allocation money to facilitate the deal and will no doubt be looking to the 24-year-old for some inaugural goal scoring in 2023.
