Extends contract with Montreal Piette has signed a three-year contract extension with CF Montreal with the option to further add an additional year, the club announced Friday.

Impact Piette tallied three assists in 28 MLS appearances (18 starts) this campaign for Montreal, after missing most of the first two months with an ankle injury. The 27-year-old is likely to have a larger role in midfield next season as Djordje Mihailovic and Victor Wanyama are both expected to leave the club.
