Giovanni Simeone - Picks up thigh injurySimeone (thigh) came off in the second half of Friday's 2-1 win over Lecce due to a right thigh injury, Napoli reported.
ImpactSimeone came off the bench in the 66th minute and only made it to the 82nd minute before a thigh injury forced him off the pitch. The severity of the injury is unclear and Simeone will at the least be a doubt for a Wednesday trip to AC Milan. The forward has been a consistent option off the bench, making just a single start during 19 appearances.
