Kamaldeen Sulemana - Signs with Southampton Sulemana signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with Southampton from Ligue 1 side Rennes.

Impact Sulemana is yet another attacking option for Southampton, though he's a player Nathan Jones seeked out. He struggled for minutes at Rennes this season, but at 20 years old, he has plenty of growing to do. Either way, consistent playing will be hard to come by this season for the Saints.

Now, he's in a race to be fit for Saturday's league match against Brentford. Nathan Jones has a few options and it may be most likely that Romain Perraud starts on the left side and James Bree on the right side if Walker-Peters has to miss time, assuming they use two full-backs.

Impact Walcott was back from injury and getting a few minutes in the middle of a busy schedule for Southampton. It's hard to see him having much of a role in this squad, but it's clear Nathan Jones get all of his players pitch time when the fixtures build up. Walcott has just three league appearances this season.

Impact Bella-Kotchap was expected to miss more time, but he was only out for a few weeks and surprisingly well enough to go 90 minutes in his return. The question is if he keeps his starting spot following injury, as Nathan Jones had moved to three center-backs when Bella-Kotchap picked up his initial injury. He's on 13 starts for the season, but he majority of those were before Jones.

James Bree - Transfers to Saints Bree completed a move to Southampton from Luton Town on a three-and-a-half-year deal Thursday.

Impact Bree has appeared in 29 matches for Luton Town this season in which he recorded four assists and three yellow cards, playing mostly as a wing-back and sometimes as a center-back. With his arrival, Bree could challenge Lyanco for the right-back spot in the starting XI and given that he played under manager Nathan Jones at Luton Town, it's clear the manager likes him.

Impact Djenepo could be in the squad for the second leg as long as he passes protocol, though that's not guaranteed. At the least, he isn't expected to miss a league match, though that's not saying much. He's played just six league minutes in the past four matches and hasn't had much of a role since opening the season as a left-back.

Impact Caleta-Car has now started in back to back matches to get up to seven starts this season as he's seen more playing time of late. Whenever on the pitch he offers some peripheral production but Saints have just one shutout all season.

Impact Salisu also racked up four aerials won, five interceptions and seven clearances in a great defensive effort. Despite that though Saints have held up merely one clean sheet all season which is certainly limiting the defender in some fantasy formats.

Impact Lyanco also hauled in seven aerials won, four interceptions, two tackles (one won) and four clearances and turned in a brilliant stat line. Even if he can sustain that production though with just one clean sheet all season the defender has offered limited production in fantasy in most formats.

Impact Bazunu has been busy of late with seven saves over his past two matches though with no clean sheets in nine matches and just one all season his overall production is a bit limited. At least there is an improvement after allowing just three goals in last three matches while allowing eight in the three before that.
