Shapi Suleymanov - Limited production despite status Suleymanov recorded two goals and three assists across 32 appearances (26 starts) in the 2025 MLS season.

Impact Suleymanov made his debut in MLS in the 2025 season after joining SKC from Russian side FK Krasnodar. Even though he was a regular starter throughout the season, his output of five goal contributions was subpar. Suleymanov routinely played on the right side of the attack, and aside from his five goal contributions, he also notched 19 chances created, 82 crosses and 32 corners taken.

Dejan Joveljic - Excellent in first season with SKC Joveljic recorded 18 goals and added two assists in 32 appearances (31 starts) during the 2025 MLS season.

Impact Joveljic signed with Sporting KC after bagging 21 goals and adding six assists for the Galaxy in 2024, and while he didn't match those numbers, he still had an impressive campaign. Joveljic reached 20 goal contributions for the second straight season and should remain as the team's primary scoring weapon in 2026 as well.

Jacob Davis - Steady presence in midfield Davis started in 19 of his 28 appearances in the 2025 MLS season.

Impact Davis didn't do much in the scoring column, as he finished with only assist in his 28 contests, but that's understandable given his holding role in the middle of the park. Davis did accrue some solid defensive numbers with 42 tackles, 26 clearances and 22 interceptions. He also created 24 chances and sent 67 crosses, both decent numbers relative to his role.

Manu Garcia - Thrives as playmaker in 2025 Garcia recorded two goals and six assists in the 2025 MLS season.

Impact Garcia was a regular for Sporting KC and was in the lineup in all but four of his 27 appearances. Aside from being one of the team's primary playmaking threats, Garcia also posted solid peripheral stats, such as 44 chances created, 56 crosses, 20 corners and 30 tackles. This was an excellent debut in the MLS for Garcia, who should remain as a key player in midfielder for SKC in 2026.

Jansen Miller - Makes 25 starts in 2025 Miller started in 25 of his 29 appearances during the 2025 MLS season.

Impact Miller was a regular presence at the back for Sporting KC and did an excellent job of racking up defensive stats. In his 29 appearances, Miller averaged 5.1 clearances, 1.2 tackles and 1.0 blocked shots per game. He also registered one assist. Miller should be a regular at the back once again in 2026.

John Pulskamp - Ever-present in 2025 season Pulskamp conceded 70 goals and made 120 saves in 34 starts during the 2025 MLS season.

Impact This was Pulskamp's sixth season with Sporting KC, but it was the first time he started every game as the undisputed No. 1 between the posts. He averaged slightly over 2.0 goals and 3.5 saves per match.

Daniel Salloi - Reaches double-digits again Salloi scored seven goals and added three assists in 33 appearances (24 starts) in 2025.

Impact Salloi returned to double-digit goal contributions after totaling only six in 2024. The attacker is entering the last year of a long-term deal with Kansas City, and is one of a few options remaining with the club. He's coming off a solid season but he could be asked to take on an even larger role if he wants to help Kansas City bounce back after a dead-last finish in 2025.

Dejan Joveljic - Tops twenty goal contributions Joveljic topped 20 goal contributions for the second season, finishing with 18 goals and two assists.

Impact Joveljic was the sole bright spot for a generally poor Kansas City side. He scored 18 goals and added two assists for his second best return in MLS action. Kansas City finished at the bottom of the Western conference and cleared house, leaving Joveljic as the main man moving forward, with the attack set to be built around him.
