Danny Rose - Out with slight knock
Rose is not in the squad for Saturday's match against Everton because of a slight knock.
Impact
It's the first complete absence for Rose this season after starting each of the last five matches. Adam Masina is getting the start at left-back in his place Saturday after he was taken off at half time of the last contest while playing in more of a midfield role.

Joshua King - Back in starting XI
King (knee) is in the starting XI for Saturday's match against Everton.
Impact
King is healthy again and he's in favor of manager Claudio Ranieri, as he gets the start over Emmanuel Dennis on Saturday. Prior to injury, King had produced two shots on goal in five starts so even in the XI, opportunities aren't guaranteed.

Joshua King - Option against Toffees
King (knee) is available for Saturday's trip to Everton, according to the team.
Impact
King is again an option, but that doesn't mean he'll move into the starting XI under new manager Claudio Ranieri. Cucho Hernandez got his first start of the season last match, so it looks like those two could battle for starts going forward. King has managed no goals and two assists in five starts this season.

Kiko Femenia - Doubt to face Everton
Femenia suffered a knock above his hip last weekend and is considered a doubt for Saturday's trip to Everton.
Impact
Femenia has started the last four matches at right-back and was building up his fitness, but it looks like another issue could keep him out. If he's forced to miss time, Watford have a number of choices to fill in at full-back with Jeremy Ngakia being the last one to feature on the right side before Femenia.

Francisco Sierralta - Aiming to train next week
Sierralta (hamstring) has been running outside and hopes to return to full training at the end of next week.
Impact
There was a similar update on Sierralta a week ago, so it doesn't look like he's made a ton of progress. At this point, the center-back is probably two weeks away from a full return, meaning he won't return before the end of the month.

Nicolas N`Koulou - Building up fitness
Nkoulou continues to build up his fitness and is now training with the team.
Impact
Nkoulou was said to need three weeks of training to build up his fitness last week, so he may have another two weeks before he's an option. It's unclear what Claudio Ranieri has in store for Nkoulou, but given Watford's back line this season, he could be an immediate option to start.

William Troost-Ekong - Makes eight clearances during loss
Troost-Ekong made two tackles (won one), one interception and eight clearances during Saturday's 5-0 loss to Liverpool.
Impact
Troost-Ekong was busy defensively as Liverpool never really took their foot off the pedal. This was as difficult of a matchup as a defender can get and he'll look to bounce back during Saturday's trip to Everton.

Emmanuel Dennis - Quiet during loss
Dennis made one tackle (won one) and drew one foul during Saturday's 5-0 loss to Liverpool.
Impact
Dennis failed to produce anything of note as he didn't take a shot for the first time this season. He'll look to improve during Saturday's trip to Everton, which should be a much easier matchup than facing Liverpool.

Ismaila Sarr - Takes three shots during loss
Sarr took three shots (one on goal) and put in two crosses (one accurate) during Saturday's 5-0 loss to Watford.
Impact
Sarr paced Watford in shots taken but had a tough matchup against one of the league's better defensive sides in Liverpool. Sarr will look to bounce back during Saturday's trip to Everton.

Ben Foster - Concedes five during loss
Foster made four saves and conceded five goals during Saturday's 5-0 loss to Watford.
Impact
Foster was bombarded for the full 90 minutes and arguably could've conceded more had he not made a couple full stretch saves. This was always going to be a tough matchup and he should have a slightly easier matchup when Watford travel to Everton on Saturday.

Oghenekaro Etebo - Undergoes quad surgery
Etebo underwent successful surgery on his quad and will begin rehab at the team facility.
Impact
Surgery was always expected for Etebo after being given a four-month-plus timeline. The midfielder will hope to recover quickly with the aim of being able to return before the end of the year. From there, he'll have to impress the new manager after being benched in two matches prior to suffering this injury.
