Impact Bissouma's lone start for Tottenham so far came against West Ham on Aug. 31, but he's mostly been an impact substitute behind starters Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. The 26-year-old is likely to continue getting minutes as the campaign progresses, first because he's still adapting to this new club he joined in the summer and also because he offers something different in midfield than the aforementioned pair.

Transfers to Tottenham Bissouma has transferred to Tottenham from Brighton and signed a four-year deal.

Impact This move had been rumored for more than a week and it's confirmed Friday. Bissouma had been excellent for Brighton in his four seasons, starting 60 matches over the last two as a central midfielder. It's a similar in-league move to Tottenham that Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg made a couple years ago. Unfortunately for Bissouma, there isn't a guaranteed spot in the starting XI for him with Hojbjerg and Rodrigo Bentancur holding down the midfield late last season.

Impact Bissouma missed several matches due to suspensions, knee injuries and serving his national team at AFCON, but played amazingly when available, being among the top 10 EPL players in both tackles per game and interceptions per game. We shouldn't expect many contributions from him on the offensive end, but Bissouma's combination of tenacity and strength in the middle of the park will probably make him a great fantasy perform once again next season.
