Marshawn Lynch mocks Super Bowl ending in 'The League'
Anyone who is member of the Seattle Seahawks organization has been faced with moving past the team’s embarrassing last-minute 28-24 loss to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLIX.
At the very least, running back Marshawn Lynch has moved on. In an appearance he made on the television show "The League", Lynch actually makes fun of the way the Super Bowl ended. For those not familiar with the show, it’s centered around a group of wacky friends who all play fantasy football together.
The trailer for the episode has Lynch and one of the characters, “Taco,” arguing about how to get a beer to Taco’s brother, Kevin, who is standing nearby. The dialogue shown goes as such:
Marshawn: "Just hand [the beer] to me and I’ll run it over to him."
Taco: "Nah, I’ll toss it to him."
Marshawn: "Just hand it to me. No need to throw it, man."
Taco: "It’s really easy, I’ll throw it to him and he’ll catch it."
Marshawn: "Come on man, we’re so close. I could run it over, it’s just right here."
This is worth the watch to find out what happens in the end.
The episode starring Lynch is set to air on Sep. 9 at 10 p.m. ET on FXX.
