Impact Loder was aggressive early, but it proved to be his detriment, as Naurdiev -- not known for his power -- timed him out perfectly. Loder ended up eating a massive right hand that had him out cold before he hit the canvas. He was credited with just one significant strike in the bout, a disaster for anyone who trusted him in fantasy lineups. He's now lost back-to-back fights via first round KO/TKO, and his time with the company may soon be running out.

Booked vs. Naurdiev Loder will take on Ismail Naurdiev in a middleweight bout at UFC Qatar on Nov. 22, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.

Impact Loder is a fresh face in the UFC, with a 1-1 record to his name. He bested Robert Valentin back in 2024, but lost against Azamat Bekoev in the first round his most recent time in the Octagon. He'll face an opponent in Naurdiev who is also .500 in the promotion but much more experienced, with a 3-3 record. Loder has two inches of height and two inches of reach on Naurdiev.

Impact Loder entered the evening having never been knocked out in his professional career, but he was absolutely blitzed by Bekoev right off the hop and was lucky to last as long as he did. Loder was knocked down on two separate occasions and never truly had any chance to get to his grappling game, which was likely his only potential path to victory. A former Division I wrestler, Loder is a coach at Team Alpha Male in addition to his duties as a fighter. He'll be 34 years of age in early June and has just nine pro fights under his belt, so any sudden breakthrough seems unlikely.
