Tom Smallwood wins the PBA Players Championship Central Regional against unknown fifth seed Zach Weidman. Zach took care of veterans No. 4 seed Wes Malott, No. 3 seed Ronnie Russell, and No. 2 seed Andrew Anderson before losing to No. 1 seed Tommy Smallwood. This is the third straight No. 1 seed to advance to the Player's final later this month.
