Tony Dungy was sad to see Gruden win a SB with the team he constructed ' EPISODE 14 ' CLUB SHAY SHAY

After getting the Buccaneers to the playoffs for the first time in a generation, Dungy was fired after the 2001 season and Jon Gruden replaced him and then won the Super Bowl.
