Stoops: Big 12 champ deserves spot in CFB Playoff

Bob Stoops says he's not surprised by the success Missouri has enjoyed since leaving the Big 12 for the SEC. Stoops goes on to say he believes the Big 12 deserves to be represented -- whether it be Baylor or TCU -- in the College Football Playoff.
