Ginobili decides not to take a rest day vs. Knicks

Manu Ginobili wasn't expected to play tonight as coach Gregg Popovich planned to rest the San Antonio Spurs​ veteran against the New York Knicks. But Ginobili talked his way onto the court to help the Spurs in a 94-84 win.
