Pacers break ground on St. Vincent Center

NBA commissioner Adam Silver was among the dignitaries on hand for the ceremonial start of construction on the St. Vincent Center, the Pacers’ new state-of-the-art practice and locker room facility across the street from Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
