NASCAR's Kevin Harvick discusses Chase Elliot's suspension at Bristol | NASCAR on FOX

Kevin Harvick indicated it is better for NASCAR to use data to help determine penalties as he felt it wasn’t used a couple of years ago when he and Chase Elliott tangled at Bristol. Harvick also said a one-race suspension was appropriate for right-rear-hooking another driver.
