Impact Berger handled a starting role for a 13th consecutive game Thursday but saw a decrease in playing time since the Wings secured a comfortable victory to close out the year. The 26-year-old spent the first two years of her career in Indiana, but she was waived in February. She joined the Lynx for training camp before being let go ahead of the regular season. She made one appearance for Los Angeles in mid-June but found her footing with the Wings over the second half of the season, averaging 3.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.4 blocks in 22.3 minutes per game over 18 appearances (13 starts). She'll be a reserved free agent during the offseason, and it seems possible that the Wings will express interest in bringing her back for 2026.
