Growing up in the mountains of North Carolina, Wilder quickly learned that the only way to survive was by exploiting the weakness of others. In WWE, Wilder brought that meticulous nature into the ring. Together with his tag team partner, Scott Dawson, Wilder worked to pick apart the competition within the Raw, SmackDown and NXT tag team divisions. The Top Guys went on to declare themselves the best tag team on the planet and proved it with victories over duos like The New Day and The Usos. In the process, they became 2-time Raw Tag Team Champions, SmackDown Tag Team Champions and 2-time NXT Tag Team Champions.
