Impact Bonner once again flashed active hands on the defensive end for the Bears, as he plucked a season high in steals Monday. The senior guard has now averaged 3.7 steals while coming off the bench over three games this season, though it's unlikely he'll be able to keep up this sort of production once Baylor squares off against tougher opponents. Bonner will look to make an impact by giving maximum effort on both ends of the court this Friday against Virginia in Las Vegas.

The 6-foot-4 freshman may need to improve his efficiency if Baylor wants to take down fellow heavyweight Virginia in Las Vegas on Friday.

Flagler averaged only three assists over 31 games last year, though he appears primed to play more of a floor-general role during his second season as a full-time starter in 2022-23.

Impact Cryer notched a game high in points while hitting 50 percent of his field-goal attempts and 44.4 percent of his three-pointers. The junior guard also did not hurt his team with only one turnover, and he chipped in four defensive boards. Through three starts this season, Cryer has increased his field-goal attempts per game by just over 3.5, though his overall shooting percentage has fallen from 47.6 to 37.5. The first-time, full-time starter will have an opportunity to take on a larger scoring role this season, and he'll look to maintain this consistency while taking on a tough Virginia squad at the Roman Main Event in Las Vegas on Friday.
