Grant Basile - Scores 20 points in win TuesdayBasile racked up 20 points (7-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two rebounds and one block across 28 minutes during Tuesday's 67-64 victory over Notre Dame.
ImpactBasile was again impressive for Virginia Tech and carried the team to victory in the ACC Tournament opener. He has been one of the most consistent scorers in the Conference, and he enters Wednesday's matchup vs. NC State having scored in double digits in 16 games in a row.

ImpactMutts was excellent on both ends of the court, and his contributions certainly lifted the Hokies to victory in a tough matchup against the Fighting Irish. However, things won't get easier for Virginia Tech with an even tougher matchup vs. NC State on tab Wednesday.

ImpactHammond ends the season on a strong note, having scored at least 20 points in two of his last three outings, and in double digits in three of his previous five. He ends his senior year averaging 9.9 points per game, which is a step back of what he accomplished in his previous four years playing for Niagara where he always averaged double-digit points.
