Leads way for GatorsMann posted a team-high 21 points (7-11 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 5-6 FT) to go with eight rebounds, one assist and one steal across 35 minutes Saturday in Florida's 71-67 win over Kentucky.
ImpactMann was at his best when it mattered most, pouring in 14 of his points in the second half and hitting a pair of free throws with 10.5 seconds remaining to put the game out of reach. The sophomore guard has stepped up in a big way to fill the offensive void created by the absence of star wing Keyontae Johnson, who is expected to miss the remainder of the season after he collapsed on the court in a Dec. 12 loss to Florida State. Since that game, Mann is averaging 14.4 points per game, a big increase from his freshman-year average (5.3).
