Baba Miller - NCAA appeal denied Miller (not injury related) will be forced to miss the first 16 games of the season after his NCAA appeal was denied, Alison Posey of ABC 27 reports. Impact Miller's final appeal of his suspension was denied by the NCAA, and he will be forced to sit out the first half of the Seminoles' season. The suspension dates back to Miller traveling to and from Spain to participate in a training camp, prior to his commitment to FSU. The 6-foot-11 freshman will be eligible to return Jan. 11, against Wake Forest.
