Impact Venters was acclimating to basketball from a knee injury that prevented his participation in Gonzaga's 2023-24 season. But while doing so, the 23-year-old suffered an injury to his left Achilles, resulting in another season lost for him. Consecutive season-ending injuries are brutal, especially knowing that Venters is back to square one. Once again, he will have to sit out more than a year just for another shot at college basketball.
