Drawing praise from coach Withers has a chance to start at power forward for Louisville in 2020-21, Brian Bennett of the Athletic reports. Impact With last year's combination of Jordan Nwora, Steven Enoch and Dwayne Sutton taking up a combined 85 mpg, there wasn't really enough frontcourt minutes available for Withers to take on much of a role, so he ultimately took a redshirt season. The aforementioned trio has since departed from the program, while Withers has spent the offseason working on his body and his game. He apparently put on close to 25 pounds since arriving on campus, and coach Chris Mack has even called him "by far our best athlete on the team." A lot of the Louisville alignment will depend on how transfers Carlik Jones and Charles Mineland slot into the mix -- and whether they push Samuell Williamson to the four-spot -- but it seems as if the door is open for Withers to see a heavy workload alongside Malik Williams in the frontcourt.
