Impact Tshiebwe continued to dominate the paint for the Wildcats, as this was the junior's fifth straight double-double and 10th consecutive double-figure rebounding performance. Tshiebwe has surely solidified himself as a National Player of the Year candidate with 18 total double-doubles in 23 appearances while leading the nation with 15.8 rebounds per contest.

Shaedon Sharpe - Will not play this season Coach John Calipari announced via Twitter that Sharpe will not play this season.

Impact Sharpe is a five-star recruit who joined the team in early January. Instead of potential trying to work him into the rotation, coach Calipari will elect to redshirt him. Sharpe will be able to practice with the team and try to get ready to be a force when the 2022-23 campaign begins.
