Commits to KentuckyTshiebwe announced his intent to transfer to Kentucky on Sunday, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ImpactTshiebwe entered the transfer portal after leaving the West Virginia program Jan. 1, and he'll head to Kentucky for the remainder of his collegiate career. He won't be eligible to play for his new program until the 2021-22 season, but the sophomore will presumably play a significant role for the Wildcats once he's available.

X-factor in season debutBrooks had 12 points (6-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt), six rebounds and four assists across 25 minutes off the bench in Saturday's 76-58 victory over Florida.
ImpactWhile the Wildcats got off to a rough start, Kentucky is now 3-0 in SEC play and is getting back a key player in Brooks. While Kentucky brass attempted to downplay Brooks' usage earlier in the week, he ultimately far exceeded expectations as the most productive reserve while tying for the team lead in rebounding. Considering Brooks apparently hasn't seen much 5-on-5 work after missing the first nine games of the season, it seems there's some ceiling here he has yet to reach. Brooks and the Wildcats next have an up-tempo matchup against Alabama on Tuesday.
