ImpactPack joined the Hurricanes after spending the first two years of his college career with Kansas State, and all signs point to him having a prominent role in the backcourt next to veteran point guard Isaiah Wong. Pack averaged 17.4 points per game during his sophomore year with the Wildcats.

Norchad Omier - Double-doubles in program debutOmier notched 11 points (3-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-9 FT), 15 rebounds and one assist in 35 minutes during Monday's 67-54 victory over Lafayette.

ImpactOmier was a prominent figure for Arkansas State during the first two years of his college career and averaged a double-double in both seasons while starting 50 of a possible 52 games, so there's no reason to think he shouldn't have a big role with the Hurricanes. The season-opening performance certainly backs that up.
