Matthew Cleveland - Another big dayCleveland ended with 30 points (9-19 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 9-9 FT), eight rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes during Saturday's 98-94 OT loss to California.

ImpactCleveland oddly came off the bench after starting nine games in a row for the Hurricanes, but unlike teammate Lynn Kidd -- who didn't play at all -- it was largely business as usual. In fact, it was the second time in three games Cleveland surpassed 30 points and also his second-best scoring total of the year. Miami will remain bottom feeders in the ACC in 2024-25, but all signs point to continued production from Cleveland as he sets his sights on the next level.
